Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use EzPDF
- If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent
- You must not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws
User Responsibilities
Content Ownership
- You must have the right to use any images you convert using EzPDF
- You are solely responsible for the content of images and PDFs you create
- Do not use EzPDF to convert copyrighted material without proper authorization
- You retain full ownership of all images and PDFs you create
Appropriate Use
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Do not use the App to create, distribute, or store illegal content
- Follow all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use EzPDF to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Create fraudulent or forged documents
- Convert or distribute copyrighted material without authorization
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Attempt to breach the App's security measures
- Upload malicious software or interfere with the App's operation
- Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes
Intellectual Property
Our Rights
The EzPDF application, including its design, features, logos, and underlying technology, is owned by us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Your Rights
You retain full ownership of all images you provide and all PDF documents generated through the App. We do not claim any rights over your content.
Disclaimer of Warranties
EzPDF is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that converted PDFs will meet specific quality standards. We are not responsible for any loss of data or files resulting from the use of the App. Always keep backup copies of your original images.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF EZPDF.
File Quality: We are not liable for the quality of converted PDF documents
Data Loss: We are not responsible for loss of images or PDFs stored on your device
Third-Party Services: We are not liable for issues with device storage or sharing services
Termination
By You
- You may stop using EzPDF at any time
- Uninstall the App to remove all app data
- Your generated PDFs remain on your device after uninstalling
By Us
- We may discontinue the App with reasonable notice
- We may remove the App from app stores at our discretion
- These Terms survive termination where applicable
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of EzPDF shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the App or posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of EzPDF after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
